跑左15分鐘
舉啞鈴 (針對手臂)
太空漫步5至8分鐘
又輕左DD,101磅 (目標係96磅,生仔前重量!)

同樣係買時票,9點至10點,實玩半個鐘。今次走去玩啞鈴,我記得一兩個動作係可以收拜拜肉!第一種玩左40下,第二種每隻手玩10下,好少,不過當試下先!
