粟米鬚紅蘿蔔馬蹄湯

成日幫襯街市果間菜檔,介紹我煲呢個湯,話可以唔落肉去煲都得!話可以清熱,夏天飲就最啱喎!
好,一於試吓。
原來啲粟米鬚好大陣味!成堆青草味!講真,有啲難聞,唔係太接受到呀!
但原來粟米鬚大有營養!如利尿、降血糖、平肝等功效!

材料有一堆粟米鬚,8粒左右嘅馬蹄,我冇用紅蘿蔔,比較鍾意用甘荀,用左兩條。冇啦!水就用平時煲開嘅份量,都係因應返個煲嘅大細嚟落。有啲亂咗嚟!哈哈…唔好學(^_-)

我煲左80分鐘左右,冇落任何調味,因為唔知落乜!阿仔就麻麻哋啦!我就覺得仲好大陣…鬚味!
