成功整到唔易爛嘅飯波同肉餅

星期日,工人放假,爸爸要去上堂,得返我同兩隻馬騮仔喺屋企。

上網睇多幾次人哋點整飯波,終於整到啦!不過我今次係用珍珠米,唔知關唔關事呢?煲好米同南瓜後用保鮮紙包,成功整成一個個都幾結實嘅飯波。但咁做非常唔環保…自己又唔太識用,所以整7個飯波用咗3大張保鮮紙。

可能又係新鮮感,細佬一見到就拎嚟食啦!由於我係一整好就俾佢食,所以見佢食得幾好就繼續整,最重要嘅係,當我整好哂之後,啲波波已經全部被消滅了!(舊舊都俾佢揸爛或食過) 想影張「全相」嘅相都冇啦!

然後就到肉啦!本來我係想整肉丸(meatballs),但係最後出嚟嘅形狀都係扁哂!所以我唔敢寫係肉丸,叫肉餅好似啱啲!

好開心佢可以食到!我整咗4塊,佢食咗嘅估計都有一塊!

分享吓我係點整:豬肉剁碎,加咗洋蔥,再加蛋黃同麵粉 (份量我有啲隨意,因為冇量杯亦唔知啲豬肉係幾多克),撈埋之後放份雪櫃雪咗成個幾鐘,再拎返出嚟蒸15分鐘,完成。

因為好驚會散哂,所以我用蒸。
