整麵包失敗了

今次諗住整俾細佬,所以用咗隻靚啲嘅麵粉,加少量鹽,冇加糖。

點知焗完出嚟變咗咁樣!扁嘅?

估計係因為啲酵母…我唔識分亦睇唔到我用果隻係咩酵母,尋日用完剩返果啲我拎咗去雪。可能因為咁,啲酵母死哂啦!個麵包似係未焗到,亦似係發唔起,所以我諗冇錯感受係酵母問題!

我要繼續努力!學整多啲嘢食俾佢兩隻小魔怪!
