【自煮晚餐】基本白汁意粉 (麵)

本身夜晚出去食,結果冇出到,但又冇買餸,就上網搵吓白汁係點整,屋企有牛油有奶又有cream,估計都係用呢啲材料。

咁就整咗呢個超簡易嘅白汁!加咗洋蔥同芝士腸,仲有幾舊本菇去炒。炒完就加返啲牛油、牛奶、麵粉混合嘅「麵糊」再兜兜,最後加埋已煮好嘅意粉落去,再加少少鹽、白胡椒粉同 Italian seasonings,完成。

不過由於睇唔到食譜份量係for幾多人,原來只係2人份,結果啲汁唔太夠,所以用嘅麵都減少啲。呢個都唔係大問題,下次要改進嘅係味道,應該加返多少少鹽!咁就好OK啦!

以前屋企邊會有麵粉呢樣嘢,無鹽牛油更加係唔知點用,而家我諗呢幾樣嘢一定要長期有存貨先得啦!
