【晚餐】三文魚煎餅

而家一星期會食一至兩次魚,主要都係三文魚。

之前多數整落薯仔度再焗,不過可能我唔太識用個光波爐,又可能係份量拿捏得唔好,所以想改一改,就參照網上食譜,整咗呢個「三文魚煎餅」。

除咗三文魚,我仲加咗洋蔥同翠玉瓜,本來想用西蘭花,但個翠玉瓜食開,就煮埋佢先啦!不過我只係切咗1cm嘅厚度。

分享埋個食譜!我用嘅份量係就住自己嘅食材去溝!並非 standard…..有興趣可以「參考」。

材料有:三文魚 (約35g),麵粉 (約30g),蛋一隻,翠玉瓜少許

做法:略蒸熟三文魚,壓碎。
麵粉加水攪拌,加入雞蛋攪拌,再加入三文魚同翠玉瓜。
將上述溝好嘅麵糊倒落平底鍋煎,約3~4分鐘一邊,反轉煎另一邊。即成。

呢個份量可以煎到三塊薄薄哋!
