紫薯饅頭

尋日終於去咗烘焙店度買嘢啦!

尋晚已經急不及待咁整咗好簡單嘅「杯子蛋糕」,不過我係用一格格果啲焗模嚟整,而且整得唔好 (第一次係咁上下?!),連兩個小朋友都多鍾意食……但都有食嘅!

今日再接再厲!用紫薯粉整咗呢個紫薯饅頭。

唔知點解會咁多皺紋……巢哂皮!可能發酵時間太長?定係時間唔夠呢?

味道方面就好似同之前整嘅牛奶饅頭一樣咁,冇乜分別!
