手痕整。手工麵條,芝士包,muffins

早幾日病咗,間唔中都周身攰又頭痛,仲要瞓住覺時骨痛!辛苦到暈!不嬲都唔鐘意食藥,所以冇睇醫生。今日病情又好咗好多喎!又手痕要整吓嘢食先安落。

繼今朝整個一口藍莓燕麥後,又整咗南瓜同菠菜麵條。(南瓜麵條跟呢度整, 兩款都冇落鹽)

其實十分容易整!只要個麵團唔好太濕又唔可以太乾 (講廢話),同埋用多啲麵粉防黏,就已經OK。

 

第一次整,我知賣相係唔掂!不過好味又食得就得啦!

 

晚飯前又開始整芝士麵包,用食飯嘅時間去等發酵,食完飯又開工!

 

整到咁上下又要等麵包第二次發酵,又忍唔住整多個藍莓 muffins 俾細佬食!真係全日冇停過咁滯!但我都有瞓咗陣午覺㗎!嘻~
