自創食譜:芋頭味日式小饅頭

芋頭蒸多了,把一半用來做麵包,另一半試做小饅頭!

幸好結果是成功的!我把食譜中一半的片粟粉改為芋頭蓉,加水量大大增加!

原來做這種小饅頭濕一點比乾一點好得多,又學到野!
