【14m15d】晚餐:意粉、肉丸、芝士炒蛋

意粉:沒加醬汁,只用橄欖油煮
肉丸:豬肉,攪碎,加了少許黑芝麻油和生粉略醃。再加入已蒸熟壓蓉的薯仔,搓成波波。放入焗爐,焗約15分鐘。
芝士炒蛋:芝士碎+西蘭花+牛奶+蛋一隻,炒熟。
